Is it time for that much needed and wanted vacation?  How about a comfortable and fully functional 3 bedroom vacation home only 4kms of the Village of Hastings - also known as "The Hub Of The Trent"!!

     Surround yourself with the natural beauty of Hastings Ontario Canada.  Known to some as the fishing capital of Canada, Hastings is located approximately 2 hours East of Toronto and 2 hours West of Ottawa.  Here you can enjoy all that nature has to offer with the benefit of being close to some of Ontario's major cities.

     This 3 bedroom anglers delight vacation property has a 150 foot water frontage,  private dock,  furnished decks -  as well as a glassed-in front porch.  Your family can enjoy hours of recreational water sports* including swimming, canoeing, fishing, and kayaking - to name just a few!

Canoes, Boats, and other water recreational items can be purchased and rented at 2 local marinas, approximately a 5 minutes drive from the property.

This vacation cottage rental and it's facilities do not come equipped with hand towels, face towels, or bathing towels. 

Renters, please be advised that such items are to be provided for by the renter.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your stay.

 This vacation cottage rental and it's facilities do not come equipped with bed sheets, blankets, or pillowcases.

 All rentals, regardless of date or duration, are subject to a $200 security fee upon reservation.

 This deposit ensures the rental is on hold for your required rental date.  Such fee shall be refunded in full upon check-out - providing no damages have occurred.

 This cottage rental sleeps 6 comfortably.  The number of persons using the cottage and facilities must be established upon making reservations and is subject to strict limitations.

 Please keep in mind that children, regardless of age, are considered to be persons.

 Check-Ins are to occur no sooner than 1pm on Saturdays.  Check-Outs are to occur no later than 10am on Saturdays.

 These hours will be strongly enforced to ensure maintenance staff has ample time to ensure the facility is clean for the next scheduled renters.
